Repair Process

1) Your vehicle arrives at our shop on the scheduled date and time. We will coordinate a rental for you if needed.

2) The vehicle, unless towed in, is brought into the body shop within 24 hours for “blueprinting” where it is dissembled and damaged parts are removed to see if there is any hidden damage or additional broken parts. If so, that is when a supplement will be requested for the insurance company to reinspect and authorize additional damages.

3) Body repairs now being on your vehicle as long as authorization for the repairs has been give.

4) When all the body work is complete, your vehicle enters the paint department where it is prepped for the paint process. All parts needing paint are then sprayed.

5) After this point your vehicle returns to the body shop for the reassembly process where it is put back together and checked for fitment and color match.

6) Once reassembly is complete, your car will be buffed, if required, cleaned, and checked for quality control.

7) After quality control is completed, we will call you to schedule a pick up time for your vehicle.
